본 이용약관("본 약관")은 (주)포춘트리("당사", "우리")가 개발·운영하는 모바일/웹 게임 Dr. Number("본 게임", "서비스")의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 본 게임을 다운로드, 설치, 접속 또는 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않으시면 본 게임을 이용하실 수 없습니다.
본 게임은 어린이를 주 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 별도로 마케팅하거나 아동으로부터 알면서 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 대한민국 거주 이용자의 경우 개인정보보호법에 따라 만 14세 미만이면 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 본 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 거주 지역에서는 만 13세 미만이거나 해당 지역 법률상 별도의 더 높은 미성년자 기준이 적용되는 경우 그 기준에 따라 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 이용해야 합니다.
본 게임은 별도의 회원가입 없이 기기별 익명 계정(Firebase 익명 인증)으로 진행 상황을 저장합니다. 선택적으로 구글 계정을 연결하여 여러 기기 간 구매 내역·기록을 유지할 수 있습니다. 계정 정보(익명 식별자, 연결된 이메일 등)의 보안 유지 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있으며, 기기를 초기화하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 계정 연결 전의 진행 상황은 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
이용자는 세팅 화면에서 언제든 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 닉네임·아바타·랭킹 기록·구매 내역이 삭제되며, 이 조치는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 다만 상대방과 함께 진행한 대전 기록처럼 상대방의 데이터에도 걸쳐있는 정보는 완전히 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.
당사는 귀하에게 본 게임을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 본 라이선스는 귀하가 소유하거나 통제하는 기기에서, Apple App Store·Google Play 등 유통 플랫폼의 이용 약관이 허용하는 범위 내에서만 유효합니다. 본 게임의 소스 코드, 디자인, 상표, 캐릭터 등 일체의 지식재산권은 당사에 귀속되며, 본 약관은 그 어떤 소유권도 귀하에게 이전하지 않습니다.
다음 행위를 금지합니다:
위반 시 당사는 사전 통지 없이 해당 이용자의 대전·랭킹 기록을 초기화하거나 계정 이용을 제한·정지할 수 있습니다. 다른 이용자의 부적절한 닉네임이나 행위를 발견한 경우, 아래 "16. 문의처"의 이메일로 신고해주시기 바랍니다 — 당사는 신고 내용을 검토하여 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
닉네임 등 이용자가 직접 입력하는 정보에 대해, 귀하는 당사가 본 게임 서비스 운영(다른 이용자에게 표시하는 등)에 필요한 범위 내에서 이를 사용할 수 있는 권리를 당사에 부여하는 것에 동의합니다. 부적절한 콘텐츠는 사전 통지 없이 삭제되거나 변경될 수 있습니다.
당사는 서비스 개선, 점검, 또는 그 밖의 사유로 본 게임의 전부 또는 일부를 사전 통지 없이 일시적으로 중단하거나 변경할 수 있습니다(점검 모드 등). 당사는 서비스가 항상 중단 없이 제공됨을 보증하지 않습니다.
당사는 본 약관 위반이 확인되는 경우 사전 통지 없이 해당 이용자의 서비스 이용을 제한, 정지 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 게임 이용을 중단함으로써 본 약관에 따른 관계를 종료할 수 있습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 본 게임은 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공되며 당사는 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 비침해 등 명시적·묵시적 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 당사는 본 게임의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해서도 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 게임은 Firebase(Google), 광고 네트워크, 각 앱스토어의 결제 시스템 등 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 해당 서비스들은 각자의 별도 약관 및 정책이 적용되며, 당사는 이들 제3자 서비스의 행위에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
귀하는 본 게임을 이용함에 있어 관련 국가의 수출 통제 법규를 준수할 것을 표명하며, 관련 정부가 금수 조치를 취하거나 제재 대상으로 지정한 국가에 소재하지 않고, 관련 정부에 의해 금지되거나 제한된 당사자 명단에 등재되어 있지 않음을 표명합니다.
본 약관은 어느 플랫폼을 통해 본 게임을 이용하시든 동일하게 적용됩니다. 다만 유통 플랫폼과의 계약상 요구되는 조항만 아래와 같이 해당 플랫폼 이용자에게 추가로 적용됩니다.
Google Play를 통해 본 게임을 다운로드·이용하는 경우, 별도의 추가 조항 없이 본 약관 전체가 그대로 적용됩니다.
Apple 기기를 통해 본 게임을 이용하는 경우, Apple의 개발자 라이선스 계약에 따라 다음 사항이 추가로 적용됩니다:
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 본 약관과 관련하여 소송상 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 제소 당시 당사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 전속관할 법원이 별도로 정해져 있는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
당사는 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 이 페이지에 최종 수정일을 갱신하여 안내합니다. 변경된 약관 공지 후에도 계속 본 게임을 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
개인정보 수집·이용에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

본 약관은 한국어와 영어로 제공됩니다. 그 외 언어를 사용하는 이용자에게는 영어판이 표시되며, 번역본과 영어판의 의미가 다를 경우 영어판이 우선합니다. 다만 대한민국 거주 이용자에게는 한국어판이 우선합니다.

These Terms of Service ("these Terms") govern your use of Dr. Number ("the Game", "the Service"), a mobile/web game developed and operated by 4tune3 Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.
The Game is not designed primarily for children, is not specifically marketed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If you are under 13, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users in the Republic of Korea are subject to a higher threshold of 14 under Korean law. If a different (higher) age threshold for minors applies under the laws of your jurisdiction, that threshold applies instead.
The Game saves your progress via a per-device anonymous account (Firebase Anonymous Authentication) with no signup required. You may optionally link a Google account to keep your purchases and records across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account information (anonymous identifier, linked email, etc.) secure; resetting your device or clearing app data may make progress from before an account link unrecoverable.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deleting your account removes your nickname, avatar, ranking records, and purchase history, and cannot be undone. Data that also involves another player, such as a completed match record, may not be fully removable.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is valid only on devices you own or control, and only to the extent permitted by the terms of the distributing platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). All intellectual property rights in the Game — source code, design, trademarks, characters, and otherwise — belong to us, and these Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The following are prohibited:
We may, without prior notice, reset the offending user's match/ranking records or restrict or suspend their use of the Game for violations. If you encounter another user's inappropriate nickname or conduct, please report it to us at the email address in "16. Contact" below — we review reports and take appropriate action.
For information you enter directly (such as a nickname), you agree to grant us the right to use it to the extent necessary to operate the Game (e.g., displaying it to other users). Inappropriate content may be removed or altered without prior notice.
We may temporarily suspend or change all or part of the Game without prior notice, for service improvement, maintenance, or other reasons (including maintenance mode). We do not guarantee the Service will always be available without interruption.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's access to the Service without prior notice if a violation of these Terms is identified. You may terminate your relationship under these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
The Game uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), advertising networks, and each app store's payment system. These services are governed by their own separate terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the conduct of these third-party services.
You represent that, in using the Game, you will comply with applicable export control laws, that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo or designated as a sanctioned country, and that you are not listed on any relevant government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These Terms apply equally regardless of which platform you use to access the Game. Only terms specifically required by our agreement with a distribution platform apply additionally, and only to users of that platform.
If you downloaded and use the Game via Google Play, these Terms apply in full with no additional platform-specific terms.
If you use the Game on an Apple device, the following additional terms apply per Apple's Developer License Agreement:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any litigation arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court with competent jurisdiction over our principal place of business at the time the action is filed, except where applicable law designates an exclusive court of jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Collection and use of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

These Terms are provided in Korean and English. Users of other languages are shown the English version, and if a translation differs in meaning from the English version, the English version prevails — except for users residing in the Republic of Korea, for whom the Korean version prevails.
