Dr. Number("본 게임")는 (주)포춘트리("당사", "우리")가 개발·운영합니다. 본 방침은 본 게임을 이용할 때 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 사용하는지 설명합니다.
정보 저장·인증을 위해 Google(Firebase)을, 이용 통계 분석을 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 이용하며, 광고가 표시되는 버전에서는 광고 네트워크가 광고 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 당사는 어떠한 경우에도 개인정보를 금전적 대가를 받고 판매하지 않으며("Do Not Sell or Share"), 위에 명시된 목적 외로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
게임 데이터는 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 앱 내 세팅 화면에서 언제든 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 닉네임·아바타·랭킹 기록·구매 내역이 함께 삭제됩니다(단, 상대방과 함께 진행한 대전 기록처럼 상대방의 데이터에도 걸쳐있는 정보는 완전히 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다). 앱을 삭제했거나 실행할 수 없는 경우에도 아래 문의처(이메일)로 요청하시면 별도로 계정과 데이터를 삭제해 드립니다 — 앱을 다시 설치하거나 로그인할 필요가 없습니다. 삭제 요청은 특별한 사정이 없는 한 접수일로부터 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
당사는 개인정보를 안전하게 관리하기 위해 접근 권한 제한, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS) 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 취하고 있습니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송은 완전히 안전할 수 없으므로, 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
본 게임은 어린이를 주 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 별도로 마케팅하지 않고 해당 연령대의 아동으로부터 알면서 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 대한민국 거주 이용자의 경우, 개인정보보호법에 따라 만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의가 있어야 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다(자세한 내용은 이용약관 1조 참고). 당사가 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 실수로 수집한 사실을 알게 된 경우, 지체 없이 해당 정보를 삭제합니다. 자녀가 당사에 개인정보를 제공했다고 생각되시면 아래 문의처로 연락해주세요.
거주 지역의 법률(예: 유럽 GDPR, 미국 각 주의 개인정보보호법 등)에 따라 이용자는 본인의 개인정보에 대해 다음과 같은 권리를 가질 수 있습니다: 열람·정정·삭제 요청권, 처리 정지·반대권, 데이터 이동권, 동의 철회권. 이러한 권리를 행사하시려면 아래 문의처로 연락해주시기 바라며, 당사는 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 응답합니다. 또한 위 3조와 같이, 당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으므로 별도의 "판매 거부(opt-out)" 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

본 방침은 한국어와 영어로 제공됩니다. 그 외 언어를 사용하는 이용자에게는 영어판이 표시되며, 번역본과 영어판의 의미가 다를 경우 영어판이 우선합니다. 다만 대한민국 거주 이용자에게는 한국어판이 우선합니다.

Dr. Number ("the Game") is developed and operated by 4tune3 Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Game and how we use it.
We use Google (Firebase) for data storage and authentication, and Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analytics. In versions that show ads, advertising networks may process advertising identifiers. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data. We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration under any circumstances ("Do Not Sell or Share"), and we do not share it with third parties for any purpose other than those listed above.
We retain gameplay data for as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app — this removes your nickname, avatar, ranking records, and purchase history (data that also involves another player, such as a completed match record, may not be fully removable). Even if you no longer have the app installed or cannot run it, you may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the email address below — you do not need to reinstall or sign back into the app. We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, absent unusual circumstances.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including restricted access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Game is not designed primarily for children, is not specifically marketed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users in the Republic of Korea are subject to a higher threshold of 14 under Korean law, requiring parental consent for younger users (see Section 1 of our Terms of Service). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us below.
Depending on where you live (e.g., under the EU/UK GDPR or various U.S. state privacy laws), you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. As noted in Section 3, we do not sell personal information, so no separate "opt-out of sale" process is needed.

Terms governing your use of the Service are set out in our separate Terms of Service.
This policy is provided in Korean and English. Users of other languages are shown the English version, and if a translation differs in meaning from the English version, the English version prevails — except for users residing in the Republic of Korea, for whom the Korean version prevails.
